PANPARTÚ

Kindness is for everyone

Panpartù was born from the meeting between the world of pastry and that of large distribution.

Two seemingly distant realities that can instead come together in a new way of conceiving the product: more contemporary, more accessible and designed for the needs of everyday life.

The goal is not simply to bring a sweet product to the shelves, but bring to shelves an experience that has the flavor of pastry.

Behind Panpartù is Mattia Marcolongo, Pastry Chef and the driving force behind the project. A person who has made pastry not just a profession, but a way to transform technique, creativity, and passion into something to be shared every day.

Its roots are in Padua, a territory where the culture of good food and tradition has always combined with the desire to innovate.

It is from here that his way of seeing pastry takes shape: respecting tradition, but without ceasing to look ahead. Because even the most well-known recipes can find a new way of being told.

Her journey is made of study, experiences, and comparison. Year after year, she has built her own approach to pastry-making, refining technique and sensibility and developing a precise vision: creating products capable of combining quality and simplicity, without sacrificing research.

Each experience added something to his way of interpreting this world, contributing to defining the style that we find today in Panpartù.

Today he is the head of Panpartù, a project born from a simple idea: to bring pastry to everyone’s home.

Not a pastry shop to be enjoyed only on special occasions, but products designed to be discovered, purchased, and shared every day.

The quality of the pastries thus meets the convenience of the retail sector, creating a new and more accessible way to experience sweets.

The future is not a pre-written recipe. It is made up of attempts, insights, new ideas, and possibilities yet to be explored.

For Mattia it means experimenting with new flavors, reinterpreting traditions, and always seeking new balances between creativity, quality, and simplicity.

Panpartù also stems from this desire to go beyond: to build something contemporary, capable of evolving over time and of surprising without losing its own identity.

Because, in the end, every new product is the beginning of a new story. And the story of Panpartù is still in its infancy.
